We are investor operators who make it possible for owners/CEOs of closely-held businesses to secure a liquidity event, to preserve the legacy they have built, to close a succession gap. For minority-led business, we also ensure the retention of an organizations minority business enterprise (MBE) status post-exit. MBI Equitys significant executive experience as global leaders, skilled operators, builders of culture and growers of businesses, coupled to an extensive network of capital partners, uniquely enable senior leadership succession gap closure, MBE status continuity, and exit event - while honoring an organizations legacy and amplifying its ongoing impact.

The United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce is the leading Bi-National Business organization that builds mutual profitable trade and investment relationships between the United States and Mexico. A group of distinguished Mexican and U.S. businessmen established the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce (USMCOC) in 1973 as a 501 (c) (6) non-profit business association chartered in Washington D.C. The coalition of businessmen created a bilateral organization to promote trade, investment and joint ventures on both sides of the border. Now in its third decade of operation, the Chamber has grown into a unique non-profit corporation operating through 10 offices in Mexico and 10 offices in the United States. All chapters and offices, with strong local membership and international contacts, help businesses bridge differences in legal, regulatory and economic systems, as well as language and culture.
