Our core technology, BacLyte, is a water-based extract of black banana pulp which has undergone clever filtration. BacLyte acts as a game-changing "steroid for microbes," accelerating the growth of bacteria, yeast, and fungi. Hycamite produces clean hydrogen and industrial-quality solid carbon by splitting methane using proprietary zero-emission technology. It is based on the thermo-catalytic decomposition (TCD) of methane molecules — in other words, we break the methane with our catalyst and heat. The novel methane pyrolysis technology requires only 13% of the energy needed to produce hydrogen using electrolysis. H Quest Vanguard, Inc. is an early-stage technology company based in Pittsburgh, PA. H Quest Vanguard was established in 2014 and operates a facility at U-PARC (former Gulf Research Labs) campus in Harmar, Pennsylvania.
