Founded in 2019 in Dubai, UAE, Open Pot Hospitality derives from the idea of an open pot where you, the client, decide what you want from us. The hospitality industry is anything but normal, and with its ever-changing climate, we cannot limit our thinking, or our clients’ thinking, to any service that is set in stone. That is why we don’t offer just a variety of services we also allow our clients to choose their own budget and take it from there.

OneKitchen empowers chefs, restaurants and entrepreneurs with the right space, equipment, technology and marketing support to create new delivery-only locations with minimum time and capital investment. OneKitchen manages a network of shared kitchen locations that are driven by our technology systems. Chefs are able to run their restaurants​ operations, purchasing, sales and accounting - all in one portal. Our strategic partnerships allow chefs to launch and sell on delivery platforms within days. Preferential service rates with delivery platforms and food suppliers help to substantially reduce costs for our chefs. Out team consists of experienced restaurant owners, F&B mentors and e-commerce specialists that will support food operators to launch their new restaurant from scratch, fine-tune their menu, optimize their operations and maximize sales.
