Most chemical companies have decades of scientific knowledge that theyd like to be able to use at scale in a digital world.
Therefore, we are building a SaaS platform that will:
- Centralise and index all scientific documents a chemical company owns
- Extract, process and make queryable all knowledge and data (including chemical structure) trapped in any document format or siloed repository found across an organisation
- Build the digital foundation of knowledge that can be leveraged for downstream tasks such as AI/ML or cheminformatics.
We are building a platform that will accept and process everything from lab books to PowerPoints before using its chemically aware AI to structure and intelligently link all the chemical knowledge. In this way we envisage a system that can return results that would rival those of a skilled chemist but from across the entire organisation instantly.

Siloton is developing an at-home monitoring service for the 25% of over 60’s with age-related macular degeneration. This service will reduce the burden of treatment, alleviating pressure on healthcare systems, while helping patients retain their sight for longer. Siloton’s service will combine a next-generation diagnostic imaging device with cloud-based digital health tools that will enable clinicians to deliver an unparalleled quality of care to their patients.
Siloton was founded in April 2020 in Bristol, UK and is an alumnus of the Quantum Technologies Enterprise Centre (QTEC) incubator programme. At the core of Siloton’s new generation of diagnostic imaging device is a photonic integrated circuit (PIC) that allows Siloton to realise order of magnitude reductions in size and cost while increasing device robustness.

For a Change Fund (Fundusz dla Odmiany) is a newly established Polish LGBT+ non-governmental organization. Founded in May 2019 by several women LGBT+ activists from Warsaw, who had previously worked with Love Does Not Exclude Association and other NGOs. During their years of activism, we recognized our privilege of having access to resources and contacts, and noticed how few LGBT+ equality initiatives happen outside of big urban centres.
OUR AIMS
1. Strengthening and supporting those individuals and groups that wish to create open and accepting communities; passing on micro-grants to them, suggesting what smart LGBT+ support and alliance are, making their work easier.
2. Mobilizing allies to act and support LGBT+ people.
3. Building the community of people who work on grassroots and local levels to enhance LGBT+ equality outside of big urban centres.
To increase LGBT+ people’s visibility and presence in smaller towns and villages, FCF established a mini-grant program using participatory grantmaking approach. The concept was thoroughly consulted with informal LGBT+ groups, NGOs, and activists from small towns. It is the first participatory grantmaking initiative aimed at LGBT+ people and groups in Poland – an approach aimed at building ownership, accountability, and trust.
The Fund supports activists, allies, and groups in delivering projects enhancing LGBT+ equality and fostering dialogues in their localities. The grantees bring their expertise and knowledge of local structures and community dynamics, and decide themselves what projects would be most suitable, feasible, and needed in their community. Some indicative examples include: educating local community and wider public; legal, psychological, and social support; advocacy and legal actions; visibility campaigns; leadership, group, and community development.

Boltzbit is a deeptech AI startup on a mission to make General Learning Intelligence and the power of AI accessible to all.
Founded in 2020 by Dr. Yichuan Zhang, former Google AI researcher, and Dr. Jinli Hu, former Microsoft AI researcher, Boltzbit believes that efficient learning systems built on high-quality proprietary data are key to unlocking AI’s true potential, moving from proof-of-concept experiments to widely usable intelligence.
Building on the founders’ research on Boltzmann machines, the Nobel Prize-winning AI architecture, Boltzbit has developed the first GenAI models capable of instant learning, surpassing the limitations of traditional pre-trained transformers. These instant-learning large language models are already in production, powering real-world applications for leading financial institutions, insurance companies and high-growth startups.
Boltzbit is part of the emerging AGI 2.0 movement, representing an evolution from model-centric AI (AGI 1.0) to context-centric, continuously learning intelligence.
