Breathe. is an EdTech social enterprise that provides public speaking education in the form of workshops, training, and programs to help individuals, communities, and workplaces to build their confidence in communication to help with confidence, employment, and engagement. 3 in 4 people have a fear of public speaking, and Breathe. exists to solve this issue. We have a particular focus on marginalized, and disadvantaged communities of young people, and individuals who arent represented as much as they should be in mainstream conversations. All of Breathe.’s workshops and programs guarantee accessibility, a safe setting, and cultural competency. Our workshops are co-designed, and advised by young people from metro, rural, and regional Australia, as well as individuals from diverse lived experiences, and communities. The Youth Coalition of the ACT is the peak body and leading policy advocate on youth affairs in the ACT. The Youth Coalition’s vision is for an ACT community that values and provides opportunity, participation, justice and equity for all young people. The main function of the Youth Coalition is to make representations to government and the community and to serve as an advocate for the interests of young people, as well as the professionals and organisations that provide direct services to young people.
