Jane Fordham Consulting is a business founded upon passion and purpose. The motivation and belief grew as Jane climbed Africas highest peak in summer 2017 and solidified in November 2017 as for the third time, Golin (Janes employer at the time) supported the Back2businessship returner programme, founded by the dynamic duo; Amanda Fone and Liz Nottingham. Witnessing the impact that this programme has on each individual and observing the energy of the group, had a profound effect on her and so she was driven to find a way to make a similar impact on a daily basis. Jane now works with individuals, policymakers, HR professionals, line managers and business leaders to make more equal, more productive and happier workplaces. A consultant with nearly 20 years’ experience in industry, Jane is driven by a passion for helping people be the best they can. After more than a decade leading teams and clients in the world of corporate communications, she devoted eight years to growing an industry-beating communications brand - Golin - from the talent through to the disruptive marketing programme. Jane now drives agenda-changing diversity and inclusion programmes, helps to build inspirational employer brands and organisational cultures that develop and nurture people. She has a particular passion for getting returning talent back into fulfilling careers and addressing gender inequalities in the workplace. Jane loves to learn, meet new people and yes, to network, living her life according to the adage, if youre not living life on the edge, youre taking up too much room.​ She spends much of her free time running around with and after her family and dog and socialising with friends and family. She loves to travel and to cook. An average runner and a slightly better swimmer, humour and humans are what makes her tick!
