V School is more than a bootcamp – it is an end to end career preparation academy for code, design and cybersecurity. V School has pioneered an outcomes optimized education model called Responsive Learning, that moves the goal posts from "graduation" to gainful employment in the industry of study. Each V school program includes dedicated phases of 1) skill acquisition, 2) on the job experience, and 3) career training so that every student with high aptitude and drive is able to transition into a successful career in the tech industry. We believe that learning should be inclusive to be most impactful, and offer a range of education, career, and logistics assistance including housing, transportation, and laptops, as well as income share agreements, internships, and apprenticeships. We are proud to have our programs approved to accept the G.I. Bill, that one third of staff are veterans, and one third of our students are female (more than double the industry average). Curricula is created specific to the needs of the industry and Alumni receive lifetime career support to achieve the best outcome for every student. V School maintains an industry leading staff/student ratio of 1:8 to provide a high touch, immersive learning experience. The full stack Javascript program includes MERN stack technology, (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js) and front end web development. The Experience Design includes UX, UI, research, analytics, and current industry tools (Sketch, Figma, and related Adobe programs).

Emmersion is a fully automated and adaptive language assessment engine for certifying speaking, writing, and grammar ability in 10 global languages with immediate results.

BYU Independent Study is a nonprofit, online educational program that offers more than 500 courses - middle school, high school, university, and professional development courses. We strive to create an online learning environment that caters to the needs of the student while providing an immersive educational experience. Enrollment is open to anyone, anytime of the year, with a full year to complete most courses. All of our online courses are taught by certified instructors and have the high quality and rigor needed to prepare students to meet their school’s graduation requirements. The courses engage students with multimedia, video, animation, and interactive labs. BYU Independent Study students register online or by phone for a course and can start their course immediately. After submitting all course assignments, students take a final exam with a certified proctor or testing center in their area. Course credit can be transferred to most educational institutions across the nation. We understand that with shrinking budgets, larger class sizes, and great diversity comes demand for more high quality, accredited options. We are proud to support our BYU High School Suite.
