As veterans of the gaming industry and with extensive experience in the business side of the gaming industry, we have cultivated a small studio culture that makes building games fun, and affords an environment to do our best work.
The mobile games business has become one of the most competitive industries in the world. There are hundreds of thousands of games in the app store and the ability to rise to the top requires a unique combination of skill and effort, from game design, to marketing to live ops services. There are no silver bullets and no shortcuts.
Over the last several years in the trenches of game development, we’ve evolved our own unique approach to building games that we are excited to unleash. First and foremost, our “playbook for making games” starts with bringing together the right people. We are strategically growing our team to help us build the next exceptional mobile game.
At Redemption Games, we pride ourselves on a small studio vibe (cool people, no drama, no bs, complete autonomy over where, how and what you do) and are committed to the resources of an established group (salary, stock options, health benefits). If you’d like to join a small, elite and highly skilled group of developers creating outstanding new mobile games, we’d love to meet you!
