I help founders and product teams scale design with clarity, structure, and strategic focus. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked across fintech, streaming, gaming, and enterprise — leading design for global platforms like Stake and Kick, and building high-performing teams from the ground up. Today, I partner with early-stage and scaling companies to embed design as a core business function, not just a layer that comes after decisions are made. Some call it fractional leadership. Others call it product strategy. For me, it’s about helping ambitious teams make design work in fast-moving, often messy environments.
