Eiendomsspar har også erfaring og kompetanse som eier og utvikler av bolig og lager i Oslo-regionen, samt som investor i kontoreiendommer i Nord-Europa for øvrig. Eiendomsspar forvalter også eiendomsmassen til Victoria Eiendom.
