UAB Verslo aptarnavimo centras (VAC) yra valstybės valdomai šalies energetikos įmonių grupei „Lietuvos energija“ (toliau – Grupė) priklausanti bendrovė, 2014 metais įkurta siekiant pagerinti pagrindinę veiklą aptarnaujančius procesus ir sumažinti jų sąnaudas. VAC veikla orientuota į įmonių aptarnavimą, teikiant viešųjų pirkimų, buhalterinės apskaitos, darbo santykių administravimo ir teisines paslaugas.
Verslo aptarnavimo centras taip pat valdo ir prekinį ženklą "Gilė" bei rūpinasi, kad daugiau nei 1,6 mln. elektros ir dujų klientų visoje Lietuvoje būtų aptarnauti kokybiškai - išmaniai, asmeniškai, paprastai ir greitai.

The activities of VAC are oriented towards support and servicing of the Group’s companies by providing customer service (GILĖ), public procurement, accounting, labour relations administration and legal services.

Data Logistics Center (DLC) is one of the top Lithuanian IT & Telecom operators. DLC offers a variety of customer-customized and highly efficient solutions: data center colocation, cloud solutions, internet exchange, equipment rent, and data transmission services.
DLC operates the first certified Tier III data center in Lithuania, Data Inn, and DWDM optical data network from Frankfurt to the Baltic States. Additionally, DLC has a Lithuanian optical backbone connecting major cities in the country.
