Our clients are leading service providers in the public and private sectors of geriatric care in Finland and Sweden. Our digital service platform enables daily customised interactions based on relevant content for physical activity, cognitive exercises or musical content. The digital service enables impactful interactions with the elderly with a low degree of preparation. The accumulated data can be used for the development of care and services provided. SUOMEKSI - FINNISH Sentinan Sävelsirkku on tutkittu menetelmä, joka kuntouttaa kehoa ja mieltä Sentina on suomalainen kasvuyritys, joka kehittää hoidon laatua ja tehokkuutta edistäviä digitaalisia palveluja ja toimintatapoja ikääntyneiden hoitoon. Tavoitteemme on sujuvoittaa hoitohenkilökunnan työn tekemistä. Tuomme asiakasyhteisöillemme konkreettisia työvälineitä ja rohkaisemme toiminnallisuuden ja vuorovaikutuksen järjestämiseen tavalla, joka vahvistaa ikäihmisen identiteettiä ja tuo palkitsevuutta hoitajan työhön. Sävelsirkku-palvelu on käytössä yli 200 hoivayhteisössä Suomessa ja Ruotsissa. Lean-menetelmä mahdollistaa laadukkaiden kuntoutustuokioiden sujuvan järjestämisen lyhyelläkin valmisteluajalla. Pilvipalvelumme kautta kuntoutustuokioita järjestetään päivittäin monipuolisesti, esimerkiksi liikunnallisista tai kognitiivisistä harjoitteista tai osallistavista musiikillisista sisällöistä. Sisältöarkistot koostuvat tuhansista vaihtoehdoista ja niistä päivittäin esille tuoduista monipuolisista ehdotuksista. Ikääntyneet voivat myös itse osallistua sisällön tuotantoon yhdessä hoitajien kanssa. Palvelun käytöstä automaattisesti kertyvä tieto on hyödynnettävissä hoivayhteisön toiminnan kehittämisessä mm. käyttöraporttien muodossa.
