Giraffe Bio develops programmable biomolecular reagents for mineral processing. We design molecules that act directly at the mineral surface, enabling more selective and efficient metal recovery across complex orebodies and brines. As resource quality declines and variability increases, conventional chemistry struggles to adapt. Operators are forced to balance recovery, grade, and cost under tighter constraints. Our reagents are engineered for specific mineral systems and deployed as drop-in solutions within existing processes, allowing performance improvements without changes to infrastructure or operating philosophy. At the core of the company is a discovery platform that integrates biology, engineering, and data to design, test, and refine molecular solutions. Each program builds on prior learning, enabling faster iteration and increasingly precise targeting over time. We work with mining partners to develop and implement these solutions across a range of applications. Turnover Labs is on a mission to decarbonize the chemical industry. Our patent pending technologies allow us to build the worlds more durable electrolyzers that can withstand the harsh conditions and impurities found in industry. We aim to disrupt the low-carbon chemical market by converting impure, waste CO2 streams being emitted from manufacturing directly into valuable chemical feedstocks. This allows us to produce valuable, commodity chemicals out of waste CO2, rather than petroleum, and lets us find new uses for emissions coming out of industry that are too dirty for other carbon capture processes.
