Kasvuryhmä on voittoa tavoittelematon yhdistys, jonka tarkoitus on kiihdyttää keskisuurten yritysten kestävää kasvua, uudistumista ja kansainvälistymistä. Kasvuryhmän jäsenet ovat 10M€-1Mrd€ vaihtavien yritysten toimitusjohtajia, hallitusten puheenjohtajia, omistajia ja yritystensä merkittävistä kasvuhankkeista vastaavia johtajia, joilla on kunnianhimoa kasvattaa ja uudistaa omaa liiketoimintaansa kestävästi.
