The Gratitude Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit and a global leadership network, whose mission is to identify and nurture highly innovative and scaleable social enterprises focused on impacting the lives of underserved children and youth in the U.S. and abroad.
We engage across a range of social/impact opportunities, with a focus on organizations which support children and youth in the areas of Education, Health & Wellness, and Human Rights. In our opinion, these segments are among the foundational building blocks and drivers for creating social change globally.

Leaders in complex organizations face constantly changing opportunities and challenges. In order to make decisions on which initiatives best meet the changing landscape, many organizations place a strong emphasis on the financial and operational data that is readily available. Yet, the very nature of this data limits the visibility needed to adequately inform these decisions, causing an overreliance on previous experience, judgment and intuition.
Dynamic change requires dynamic information. The historical and static nature of a company’s financial and operational metrics, while important, leaves leaders with an incomplete picture. True Balance increases leader’s visibility into subtle, yet crucial dimensions of the business. Measuring and understanding these dynamics and their impact on the company operations allows leaders to make better decisions, have more wins and gain competitive advantage.
