Each year there is an intimate LOEY Dinner and every two years an invitation-only travel is organized to meet with entrepreneurs with LOEY Travel.

Museum Beelden aan Zee werd in 1994 gesticht door het verzamelaarsechtpaar Theo Scholten en Lida Scholten-Miltenburg. Het richt zich als enige museum in Nederland exclusief op moderne en hedendaagse, (inter)nationale beeldhouwkunst. Het eerste beeldje voor de collectie Beelden aan Zee werd gekocht in 1969. De collectie Beelden aan Zee omvat anno nu meer dan 5000 beelden, waaronder ongeveer 1000 gipsmodellen en 500 penningen. De collectie varieert van portretten tot monumentale, meer dan levensgrote beelden. Leidmotief is van oorsprong het mensbeeld; waarbij kunstenaars zowel de uiterlijke verschijning als de menselijke psyche willen ontrafelen. De mens is het meest veelzijdige onderwerp dat denkbaar is, al eeuwenlang hebben kunstenaars en beeldhouwers de mens als centraal onderwerp genomen. Eveneens worden daarbij de meest uiteenlopende materialen gebruikt, van brons, steen en keramiek tot piepschuim, plastic, glas, textiel en ijzer. In de collectie Beelden aan Zee is onder anderen werk opgenomen van Armando, Atelier van Lieshout, Stephan Balkenhol, Zadok Ben-David, Berlinde De Bruyckere, Fernando Botero, Caspar Berger, César, Tom Claassen, Iris Le Rütte, Wessel Couzijn, Tony Cragg, Eugène Dodeigne, Jeroen Henneman, Per Kirkeby, Giacomo Manzú, Igor Mitoraj, Jan Meefout, Mimmo Paladino, Jaume Plensa, Thom Puckey, Kiki Smith, Marc Quinn, Johan Tahon, Shinkichi Tajiri, William Turnbull, Henk Visch en Ossip Zadkine

Bouwen met drystack is veilig, duurzaam en milieuvriendelijk. Uit betrouwbaar en gedegen onderzoek blijkt dat het systeem veel minder CO2 uitstoot. In vergelijking met alle alternatieven, zoals traditioneel metselwerk, is drystack het meest CO2 vriendelijk. Ook met gebruik van de kunststof elementen. Bovendien is de methode circulair. De elementen kunnen als geheel of apart opnieuw worden gebruikt in nieuwe projecten. Met drystack bouw je dus letterlijk aan de toekomst!

African Parks is a non-profit conservation organisation that takes on the complete responsibility for the rehabilitation and long-term management of national parks in partnership with governments and local communities.
