Science Solved is about getting better code into the hands of science researchers through the help of volunteer software developers Scientists, post-docs, graduate students, and professors are all experts in their chosen fields. Taking time away from their research to become an expert in another field -- such as computer programming -- is highly inefficient. Forming a collaboration between such experts is usually the best course of action. Unfortunately, these collaborations tend to remain within the world of academia, with few collaborations occurring between academic and non-academic players. Our goal at Science Solved is to foster collaborations between academic researchers and industry/professional level software developers looking to either apply their skills towards a cause (mars exploration, curing cancers, ect.), or to branch out and expand their project portfolios. To view or post programming projects, please visit our website at www.sciencesolved.com
