We use parametric- and computational technologies to generate all possible building design variants on any given location and simultaneously simulate their performances on financial, building physics, and material efficiency parameters. BYBORRE is an Amsterdam based textile innovation studio working on the frontiers of material development, functionality and aesthetics through engineered knits. Our signature is the innovative hand-rendered techniques that, through direct interaction with their circular knitting machines, gives us full creative freedom to play with patterns, colours, and textures within textiles. Designing from the yarn up allows us to discover new possibilities both within our own collections and for leading brands. Over the past six years we have worked with clients such as Rapha, adidas, BMW, and Natuzzi. Through consultation and collaboration with other brands, we push knit innovation to find creative ways to achieve the project’s goal. Our Amsterdam based HQ studio houses a knitting and innovation Lab, a fully outfitted atelier, a team of specialists and experts, a BYBORRE archive, and endless amounts of crazy textiles.

AirFi is the company that is currently disrupting the airline IFE (InFlight Entertainment) and Onboard Sales industry by providing an out-of-the-box and same-day-fleet-wide solution for providing inflight engagement with your passengers in the aircraft! The AirFi Box is a portable BYOD Inflight Entertainment System, offering an instant WiFi network for mobile devices, and a platform to access locally stored content. The AirFi Box is battery operated, lasts more then 20 hours on a single charge and can be operational in any environment. In case a larger area or aircraft needs to be covered, turning on multiple boxes will create a single (mesh) network, where the boxes are happily synchronizing, and enabling e.g. multiplayer games. The AirFi Platform is the software front-end on the AirFi Box and the (content) distribution system in the cloud. The platform offers standard modules to enable monetisation (shop, magazines, videos), to inform or entertain (chat, games, timeline). The flexibility of the platform allows airlines and 3rd parties to create custom apps and digital forms and deploy new content daily. Premium content is offered by AirFi’s ever-growing network of content partners. Games, videos, destination information, newspapers, magazines, newsfeeds, sports, puzzles, ancillary sales are offered in many different languages. Your own content can be uploaded through different channels (content portal, FTP server or directly into our cloud solution), and updated on a daily or monthly basis. The AirFi distribution system updates content and apps seamlessly on every box that connects to the Internet while recharging. AirFi Connected Crew is an innovative, patented platform for onboard sales, digital crew processes, and crew communications utilizing ipads and other tablets or smart devices. Our airline customers have doubled their onboard sales conversion and profits, while reducing complexity and waste overall.

We are Robin Radar Systems. Netherlands-based technology leader in radar systems for tracking and classification of small targets. We do that by combining affordable sensors with smart software. Our mission is to provide actionable information that increases safety for both humans and wildlife. Bird Strike Prevention in Aviation We developed bird radar systems to monitor and store bird movements around the clock up, to 10 kilometres, all around. The information is dispatched real time onto tablets in Bird Control Vehicles as well as logged for analysis afterwards. This significantly enhances awareness and provides management information about trends, new hotspots and the overall effectiveness in terms of objective KPI’s. Bird Monitoring in Wind Farms In a growing amount of cases, a permit to build a wind farm is given under the pre-condition that bird movements are monitored 24/7 during pre and post construction of the park. Then, a bird radar becomes a permanent part of the wind farms’ infrastructure. In some cases a ‘start-stop-mechanism’ is required: the Robin system monitors bird movements in real time, and is able to automatically shut down individual turbines to mitigate mortality. Drone Detection in Critical Environments Small Unmanned Arial Vehicles (UAV’s) or ‘drones’ pose a lot of new opportunities, but they also bring severe safety and security threats. Demand for high-performing drone detection and intervention methods continues to increase. Our purpose-built drone detection radars, ELVIRA® and IRIS® can automatically distinguish birds from drones. These systems are sold via larger system integrators in the defense & security industry.
