We are improving the way goods are moved from A to B to C throughout Europe. When you order e.g. a new bicycle, or a car, a factory has manufactured said products. To manufacture, they need raw material. Material that must be shipped to the factory. And when your product has been manufactured, it is shipped to a retailer or to a distribution center, and then to your local shop or directly to you. On the surface this may seem simple. But the complexity intrigued us to the level that we had to look under the hood of this ecosystem; road freight transport. What we saw inspired us to build the best platform for planning and executing the transport of goods. A platform we call Better Truckin.

Vi är verksamhetskonsulter som med vassa analyser och simuleringar i våra egenutvecklade optimeringsverktyg kan ta fram beslutsunderlag i strategiska frågor runt bemanning och planering. Vi agerar ofta som strategisk och stöttande partner för att bistå verksamheter och chefer att effektivisera styrningen av både bemanning och scheman. Rötterna till Schemagi finns inom optimeringslära vid Matematiska Institutionen på Linköpings universitet. Forskning ledde till utveckling av flera unika verktyg för schemaoptimering och schemaanalyser. För att också kunna erbjuda ett större helhetsperspektiv har Schemagi, som ett naturligt steg i utvecklingen, gått samman med Ledningsbolaget. Att med utgångspunkt i kundens behov kunna erbjuda verksamhetsutveckling inom produktions-, och resursplanering, samt i dess närliggande områden. 2016 gick Schemagi samman med Ledningsbolaget som är specialiserade på att leverera konsultstöd till hälso-och sjukvård. Sedan starten 1998 har Ledningsbolaget arbetat åt 23 av 24 landsting och åt många privata vårdgivare. Sammanslagningen gjordes för att kunna erbjuda tjänster inom produktions- och kapacitetsplanering som går hela vägen från politisk beställning till färdigt schema. Tillsammans har vi fått ett helhetsperspektiv, att med utgångspunkt från uppdraget planera, styra och följa upp verksamheten. Idag har vi ett antal fasta konsulter men arbetar även med ett stort nätverk för att vi skall kunna bemanna all inkommande uppdrag med rätt mix av kompetenser.
