MVF is a highly efficient program and protocol for improving and maintaining fitness by creating reinforceable, sustainable habits. Beyond our 16-week reorientation program, we work with client on an ongoing basis to reduce the cognitive overhead of getting and staying fit. The program was built for busy professionals; in particular, for technology entrepreneurs and startup folks. Our name comes from "Minimum Viable Products", the concept that you do the least amount of work to test for traction in a market. Similarly, MVF is the minimal program and protocol to see meaningful fitness results.

Paperlex is a quick way to generate and use human-readable legal documents whenever you need them. As a collection of business people and lawyers, we at Paperlex are generally annoyed with how legal documents are created and transacted—reasons include questionable fees, ill-constructed forms, and needless long-windedness. We created Paperlex to start modernizing contract creation and review.
