Womens Soccer in Columbus, Ohio The Eagles play in the Womens Premier Soccer League WPSL along with over 110 other teams across the US. Founded in 2014, we are working towards becoming a professional womens soccer team.

West Allotment Celtic was formed in 1928 and we are a member of the Northern League, the 2nd oldest football league in the world (founded in 1889). WAC has always been more than just a football club – it’s a community, a family, and a proud part of the North East’s sporting history. But like many grassroots clubs, our journey has not been without its struggles. In recent years, we found ourselves on the brink. Financial pressures, lack of resources, and uncertain times pushed the club dangerously close to folding. A lack of identity meant that the club struggled to compete. For a moment, it seemed as though the green and white of West Allotment Celtic might disappear from the pitch forever. But this club is built on resilience. Our relatives founded this club back in 1928 – after working in mines during the day, football was their release. We couldn’t let this historic club die. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers, the loyalty of supporters, and the determination of players and staff, West Allotment Celtic has bounced back stronger than ever. Today, we stand not just as a football club, but as a symbol of perseverance. Every match, every goal, and every cheer from the sidelines is a reminder of how close we came to losing it all – and how hard we’ve fought to rebuild. Our story is still being written, and the best chapters are yet to come. We’d love for you to be part of it.

Carrick Rangers Football Club, based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, is a professional football club which plays in the Sports Direct Premiership, the highest division of the Northern Ireland Football League.
