In July 2022, KAHAL's programs were transferred to JDC Entwine, where they will continue as before. KAHAL facilitates transformational experiences for study abroad students. A robust resource and structured support network, KAHAL works with local communities in more than 50 countries and 110 cities around the world, providing study abroad students the resources, tools, and personal connections they need to meaningfully engage with local Jewish communities and deepen their connection to the global Jewish people. Since its founding in 2013, KAHAL has connected more than 4,000 students to immersive Jewish experiences during their life-changing time abroad. By incorporating Jewish experiences and choices into this transformative environment, KAHAL measurably increases students'​ attachment to the global Jewish people and increases the likelihood of their long-term Jewish choices.

The Simon School Venture Capital Fund (SSVCF) is an early stage student-run VC fund run by 2nd year MBA students at the Simon School, University of Rochester. The purpose of the Simon School Venture Capital Fund is to create unique and experiential learning opportunities for students with respect to entrepreneurship and venture capital investment. The Fund will provide a unique educational experience for Simon students through hands-on due diligence, interaction with entrepreneurs, presentations to advisory board members, direct participation in investment decisions, and ongoing monitoring and analysis of investments. The objective is to make sound investment decisions based on comprehensive due diligence and investment analysis with the intent to perpetuate the life of the fund. The SSVCF will serve as a hallmark activity for the Simon School and increase the School’s visibility and participation in Rochester’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
