FINAQUI est une association de Business Angels qui investit dans les projets en phase de croissance. Créée en 2007 et basée à Bordeaux, elle intervient de façon privilégiée dans le grand sud-ouest. FINAQUI réunit environ 90 membres qui partagent le même engouement pour l’entreprise et la création de valeur locale. Les actionnaires de FINAQUI souhaitent aider les entreprises innovantes à fort potentiel et qui ont besoin de financements au démarrage. Tous les membres sont bénévoles et acceptent de consacrer du temps à l’étude des dossiers et ensuite daccompagner dans leur domaine de compétences les sociétés filiales. L’association Finaqui Business Angels (FBA) est la structure d’animation, d’accueil et sélection des dossiers. L’investissement est réalisé par des véhicules d’investissement. A ce jour 3 fonds d’investissement ont été crée Finaqui Capital 1, Finaqui Capital 2 et Finaqui Capital 3. Finaqui Business Angels vise un objectif de sortie entre 5 et 7 ans lorsque la société a pris son envol. Finaqui Business Angels est agréée par Aquinvest, structure d’investissement du Conseil Régional de Nouvelle Aquitaine, qui peut abonder la participation de Finaqui dans les projets. Enfin, Finaqui Business Angels est membre de FRANCE ANGEL qui regroupe en France plus de 10 000 Business Angels. L’association a été créée le 30 Mars 2011.
