Schoolrunner is the all-in-one student data system that gives teachers and schools one place to track everything they care about. The result is actionable data that allows teachers and administrators to spend their time teaching and leading effectively and efficiently. Schoolrunner is the school’s home for academics, attendance, behavior, standards mastery, phone calls home, and more. We allow our schools to measure what they care most about in ways that make sense to them. We'll even help them set things up to match their existing processes, automatically pulling from and exporting data to their Student Information System (SIS) so there's no double-entry. That way, teachers can get data into the system quickly, see what's happening, and get on with driving student achievement. Schoolrunner was founded in partnership with real-world users and we continue to take their feedback to heart every day. We are always pushing our product forward with smart new features to give our users quicker access to more actionable data. New features are released to a developmental site first so our users can take a test drive and train their staff members on any relevant changes before they go live to the production site. Our team also welcomes feedback during that time that we consider before launching a new feature. Swing Education connects high-quality substitute teachers with schools in need. We recruit, screen, and support a large group of substitute teachers, and we make it easy for schools to find the right sub at the right time. We believe substitute teachers play an integral role in education; after all, the average student spends six months of their K-12 career with a sub. By supporting substitute teachers and developing technology that enables schools to get coverage quickly, were improving the substitute teaching experience for schools, subs, and students.

UnCollege helps young people pursue their interests proactively through learning relevant skills and gaining real world experience. Our Gap Year Program: UnCollege is a program that deliberately teaches the soft skills learned in college and develops them during a nine-month gap year for students preparing for the next step in life. Its a three-phase program: international service learning, skill building workshops in SF, and an internship anywhere in the world. All of this is woven together by a dedicated coach and mentor(s) that the fellow works with throughout the program to identify and set personal and professional goals.
