iamtheCODE is the first African-led global movement to mobilise government, private sector, and investors to advance STEAMED (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, entrepreneurship, and design) Education. Our specific aim is to enable 1 Million young women and girls to learn how to code by 2030. We are tackling the current global STEM Skills shortage in marginalised communities globally through partnerships and collaboration with renowned technologies companies. iamtheCODE unique blended curriculum makes it easy for girls to learn, develop their creativity and belong in the tech world. We are looking for mentors and spaces to host our events. If you have spare time, join us to mentor girls in refugee camps, slums and favelas. Girls are coding in those places.
