raeri is an alternative to trash hauling. We take usable items that were headed to the trash from retailers, commercial & residential buildings, production sets and events, and upcycle these items to people, programs, and marketplaces where they can be utilized. We don’t buy, order, or create things with the intention of them ending up in the back of a garbage truck. But with 2,600 overflowing landfills in the U.S., that’s usually what ends up happening with the things that we no longer have use for: furniture, clothing, electronics, the list goes on. Rather than reinventing the wheel, we’re just inventing one that works. Our vision is for an upcycling system that is efficient, of-the-century, tech enabled, and able to potentially work the waste problem out of existence; A real solution.

Venture For America is a national nonprofit and two-year Fellowship program that gives recent college graduates firsthand startup experiences to help them become strong leaders. Fellows learn important startup skills at Training Camp, apply for jobs within our company network, and work for two years as full-time, salaried employees in one of 13 cities. When Fellows are ready to start a company — be it two years after college or nine — VFA has the resources (like a crowdfunding competition and accelerator) to help make that dream a reality. Our vision: Venture For America is creating an accessible and inclusive future of entrepreneurship in America.
