Noe Industries was founded by 3 very complementary profiles: Michel Rességuier, who has been working for more than 20 years at the head of Prospheres to turn around companies facing challenges, Gilles Roland who has acquired and sold numerous SMEs within the framework of his investment structures Finactive and then Active Invest, and Pierre Escolier who has been the CEO of companies in the portfolio of major investment funds. Noe Industries initially raises €30 million in capital, mobilized by its founders, families and private equity players (including Nord Holding).

Founded in 2018 by General Thierry Orosco, Naoufal El Ouali and Béranger Kabbas, we aim to fill the gaps and recurring irritants of security solutions by revamping user experience and implementing special operational features. Ellona has more than 200 man years of experience in sensors and particularly in gas sensors, VOC and odors, developing electronic nose and nuisances data banks associating miniaturized sensors arrays with AI. We capitalize on this expertise to develop customized and miniaturized multi sensors devices for environmental monitoring, (air quality, nuisances at work or at home), for intelligent home and household appliances (fridges, cooking oven) as well as non-invasive health status monitoring via breath or skin. We do develop as well the associated gas, or odors data banks that allow to identify the sources of nuisances, of food decay or health status.
