EMCC's vision is to be the "go to"​ body for mentoring, coaching, and supervision. EMCC has 13,000+ members globally. We are made up of Affiliated Country organisations and direct members where a local EMCC does not yet exist. The Council is responsible for EMCC strategy and steering the organisation.
