RASA is an Indian Fast Casual restaurant born and bred here in the DMV. We were founded by two local natives, Rahul Vinod and Sahil Rahman, who started RASA with the vision of opening minds through new flavors and fostering cultural connection through food. We opened up our first location in late 2017, and since then have grown to a family of three restaurants across the region. We’ve been fortunate to build a strong, loyal community of fans and supporters along the way. Since opening, RASA has received critical accolades from local, regional, and national media outlets and topped best-of lists including receiving the Eater Young Guns Award, StarChefs Best Concept Mid-Atlantic, and being named Best New Restaurant and Best Fast Casual by Washington City Paper. The brand has also been featured on the cover of QSR Magazine’s annual 40/40 list, the Washington Post’s Fall Dining Guide, and Washingtonian’s Top 100 Cheap Eats. We just closed on a big round of funding that will allow us to consciously and aggressively grow our brands impact and footprint in the area. To that end, we are looking for passionate, kind, and creative folks to join our squad and help us grow the brand and build something big, together. If that sounds like you, check out our job page and reach out!

Zeros is a fully managed data collection and reporting platform for fulfillment & distribution operations. Current solutions available are costly, not in real-time, limited user access, and not collaborative. Zeros saves its customers time and money by helping them identify ways to increase productivity, lower labor costs, decrease downtime while optimizing their equipment for higher output, and answers the question, “what happened today?”

Bamboo is a general contractor using technology and global labor sourcing to transform the residential remodeling industry. We use onshore (in the US) and offshore freelancers and employees to deliver a remodeling experience like that in reality TV shows on HGTV at 30% to 40% lower cost than traditional general contractors. US residential remodeling is a $361B industry with tens of thousands of tiny firms, high cost overheads and low customer satisfaction - we are disrupting it. We have designed an entirely new customer experience from scratch, described here: https://vimeo.com/277624747 We are venture backed, and are kind of like a cross between Uber, Houzz and UpWork - but we are the general contractor, just as Uber is a taxi company. In addition to our technology platform, we provide insurance, contracting, marketing and growth, customer billing and Pro payments, quality guarantees, and customer support. We are focused on our launch city of Austin, Texas, but plan to grow to other US cities in 2019. We are also doing remote design and planning activities for customers in other states such as California. For our technology stack, we primarily use: 1. AWS / Mongo Atlas. 2. Android / iOS native apps. 3. Node.JS and Angular.JS. 4. Wordpress (limited). 5. Sketch / InVision for UX. Our core engineering team is based in our office in Gurgaon, Delhi, with technology oversight and mentoring from Austin, TX. We are looking for highly skilled and passionate software developers (and QA) in Gurgaon, but not outsourcing companies since we already have our own team of employees in India.

Delivering a highly professional and skilled workforce within discussed timelines is our specialty. Our talent management team will ensure that your turnover rate is kept below 5%, by making sure that your new team members will fit your organization like a tailored suit. We know that rehires on average will cost your organization between 150% to 200% than your initial hires. A guaranteed lower turnover will assure that your training costs and other intangible opportunity costs are kept low.
