Nalka is a committed owner who always aspire to provide more than capital to our investments. We are a team of skilled professionals combining experience from investment banking, private equity, management consulting and corporate development.
Nalka Invest was established in 2009 in Stockholm, Sweden. The Swedish operations focus on the Nordics and its 19 co-workers currently manage a portfolio of eleven companies with combined sales of EUR2+bn in 2022.
In 2022, Nalka expanded its geographical reach by establishing Nalka Advisory Germany GmbH in Munich, a subsidiary to Nalka Invest AB. The Nalka Advisors Germany team focuses on investments in the DACH* region.
Nalka is owned by Interogo Holding, a foundation-owned investment group based in Switzerland. Interogo Holdings investment strategies include private and long-term equity, real estate, infrastructure, and liquid assets. Nalka is a part of the private equity strategy.
*Investments in the DACH region are made by Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF, that is managed by Inter Fund Management, and advised by Nalka Advisors Germany.

A. Ahlström is a strategic industrial owner with core investments in the global space of forest and fiber technologies. We are a family-owned company with a long history of more than 170 years. We create value for owners by investing in industrial companies, real estate, and forest.
Our current portfolio includes privately held companies M&J Recycling A/S, Munksjö Paper AB, Ahlström Invest B.V. (including a significant ownership in Ahlstrom Oyj), Bast Fibre Technologies Inc, and GPV Group A/S. In addition, significant holdings in listed companies Detection Technology Plc, Glaston Corporation and Suominen Corporation. We also have major real estate and forest holdings, which are managed by our fully owned subsidiary, A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd.
In 2022, the total revenue of our portfolio companies was 5.7 billion euros and they employed almost 18,500 employees in 32 countries.
