Arcanys Ventures is an operational VC and hands-on investor for Seed to Series A startups, combining tech execution power and cash investment to help founders ship and scale fast without burning runway. We typically deploy a dedicated engineering team of 3–5 embedded with the startup for 12–18 months, aligned with clear milestones and the company’s fundraising roadmap. Our blended investment combines tech execution support and cash investment, with a total package value typically in the USD $400k–$800k range. We operate as a long-term augmentation partner: CTO-led, company-owned IP, and full technical decision-making stays in-house. Our role is to increase delivery capacity, reduce execution risk, and help teams consistently hit the outcomes required for growth and future funding. Where needed, we can also support companies with hands-on technical leadership (e.g., engineering management, architecture guidance, delivery governance) to strengthen execution. As of January 2026, we’ve invested in 31 startups across the globe, primarily in Europe and ANZ, and celebrated one successful exit to ASICS. We remain active long-term partners through follow-on support and continued collaboration. If you’re building at Seed–Series A and want a partner who brings both capital and execution, we’d love to connect.
