Women Venture Capitalists, supported by a group of VCs, aims to expand the female talent pool and bring more aspiring women into the world of early stage investing and venture capital through mentorship, network building, and access to the ecosystem. Our VC Mentorship Program provides recruitment guidance for those who are early in their careers in related fields, startups, tech, consulting or capital market, by pairing them with working VCs to engage in topics and draft pieces on venture and deal analysis. It was a thrill to see members of the inaugural cohort becoming investors at Griffin Gaming Partners and Blue Collective, and founders of early-stage startups.
