Midwest Growth Partners (MGP) is a private equity fund manager, responsible for more than $325 million of private capital. MGP seeks to make succession planning liquidity or growth capital investments in established companies. MGP can partner with existing management teams or provide executive operational leadership. Midwest Growth Partners also seeks to co-invest on larger opportunities. •Investments could represent an outright acquisition, majority growth capital, minority growth capital, partial or full management team buyouts or an internal recapitalization. •Prospective companies will have annual revenues ranging from $4,000,000 to $100,000,000. •While investing in established growing businesses is our emphasis, we also evaluate distressed and/or turnaround opportunities.
