Our network of talented women is committed to helping each other by sharing resources, connections, and opportunities in the technology industry to empower each other. Through Women in Tech APAC platform, we share the newest tech related events in Asia Pacific, feature experienced speakers and mentors, build sustainable community to get more women to join STEAM fields for all levels of careers. We follow our mission to maximize talents and minimize barriers.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, connecting female (high school) students with successful business women in middle and senior management. These women serve as mentors for the students and help them to navigate around questions such as "What college should I go?" or "What jobs are out there for me?". We believe that introducing the next generation of leaders with those who are currently climbing the career ladder will create synergies that are beneficial for both.

By developing a thorough understanding of new and emerging technologies and business models, Springboard Group is the agency of choice to the technology and financial services sectors in Hong Kong and beyond. Our ambition is to deliver tailored services based on the clients business maturity from start-up to corporate, through the critical milestones or events of fundraising, customer acquisition, accelerating growth, IPO, mergers and acquisitions to exit. We are also there when clients need us most – change, stress and distress – managing these situations with internal and external stakeholders. We will bridge traditional and millennial thinking to drive new and innovative approaches backed up by sound analytics and evidence. ​ All this helps us look for the art of the possible.
