We are a customer-focused small business located in Denver, Colorado. As residents of a water scarce state and experts in connected technology, we came together to develop a solution to multi-unit water billing that’s equitable and affordable. We value our customers and continuously work to improve our products and services. Our patent-pending solution is more affordable and approachable than other systems. SimpleSUB: - Is completely wireless. - Requires no cutting or splicing pipes. - Can be installed in minutes. SimpleSUBs can be installed by anyone, without disruption to a water supply. Installing a SimpleSUB does not require plumbing or IT professionals. Many national submeter companies require minimum purchases of 100 or more units. We work with each customer to build customized solutions for their unique project. With no minimum purchases, flexible trial periods, and a user friendly design, SimpleSUB water is available to anyone as an effective, affordable, and equitable solution to common shared-usage water billing problems.
