Sovello is an integrated producer of solar wafers, solar cells and solar modules. The patented STRING RIBBON™ wafers produced by Sovello are a result of a procedure that is balanced both economically and ecologically. This is how Sovello sustainably conserves the environment. The company achieves outstanding module performance linked to a high degree of efficiency in production and the shortest energy payback among competitive products worldwide. Sovello operates three production plants in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany. The first plant, SV1, started producing modules in June 2006. The second production facility, SV2, went online in June 2007. And SV3, the third plant was finished in 2009. Sovello's nominal production capacity has reached 180 Megawattpeak (MWp). Sovello AG employs about 1.250 people in Bitterfeld-Wolfen. Since April 2010, Sovello is owned by Ventizz Capital Fund IV L.P. which is advised by Ventizz Capital Partners. PLANT PV was founded by former Materials Science and Engineering PhD students from Stanford University. We worked on several ideas in the solar power space but ultimately settled on making metallization pastes for silicon solar cells. We created a "silver-on-aluminum" (AoA) technology that allowed silver pastes to be printed directly on aluminum films. The AoA paste resulted in 0.1% efficiency gain for conventional (back-surface field) solar cells while passing module reliability testing (i.e. 2-3x IEC certification standards). PLANT PV's technology was sold in 2019.

NTi utilizes award-winning, proprietary RPD™ technology to produce titanium parts, allowing our clients to reduce cost and lead times and preserve critical natural resources. Our vision is simple: Innovating the future of metal. Our Merke IV RPD™ machines utilize customers' CAD files and titanium wire to produce additively manufactured 'near net shape' aerospace-grade components at a rate of 5-10 KG/hour and with a 'buy to fly' ratio as little as 3 to 1. Norsk Titanium’s RPD™ technology saves several million dollars per composite airplane & reduces the quantity of titanium to be mined. Modern airliners increasingly use titanium and carbon in their construction – these aircrafts are lighter, use less fuel and are easier to maintain. Thanks to aviation pioneers such as Boeing and Airbus, every commercial aircraft will soon be made from composite and titanium. Our headquarters and Technology Center is located at Eggemoen (Hønefoss, Norway). In 2017 we opened our Development and Qualification Center in Plattsburgh, NY (USA), to showcase our additive manufacturing production line and to qualify and produce aerospace components. In 2020, we opened our full-scale Production Center in Plattsburgh, NY. Our technology is the future of additive manufacturing, and we look forward to its application in Defense, Oil and Gas, and Industrial markets. CAREERS WITH NTi As our company grows, we are actively seeking specialists to join our teams in Norway & the US. If you're interested in leaving your footprint on a new era of on-demand metal additive manufacturing that will revolutionize industries, please visit www.norsktitanium.com/careers/ to view vacancies. NTi is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to inclusion, diversity and equity. We are committed to employment and advancement opportunities to all applicants, including minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.

Differ's business idea is to help scale up small-scale carbon reduction technologies in developing countries through - investing in start-ups (cash and sweat equity) - developing our own concepts and companies - advising project developers, project owners, investors and other decision makers to do the same - in-depth analysis on e.g. market conditions, feed-in-tariffs, financing and business opportunities in selected developing countries which will be distributed for free The company was founded in November 2010 by entrepreneurs that previously have started and developed companies like Renewable Energy Corporation (REC) and Point Carbon.
