Ung Företagsamhet är en politiskt obunden, ideell utbildningsorganisation och en del av den globala organisationen Junior Achievement. Sedan 1980 har vi utbildat gymnasieelever i entreprenörskap genom utbildningen UF-företagande. Sedan 2010 arbetar vi även på grundskolan. Ung Företagsamhet ger barn och ungdomar möjlighet att träna och utveckla sin kreativitet, företagsamhet och sitt entreprenörskap. Ung Företagsamhet har tre läromedel för grundskolan; Vårt samhälle, Se möjligheterna, Min framtid och ekonomi och utbildningen UF-företagande på gymnasiet. Dessutom finns ett alumninätverk bestående av före detta UF-företagare. Vi erbjuder läromedel, lärarhandledningar, fortbildning, bedömningsstöd, möjligheter till stipendier, utbyte med andra länder och inspiration för lärare och elever. Vi finns över hela Sverige, från norr till söder, genom ett nationellt kansli och 24 regionala föreningar. Vi har över 100 engagerade medarbetare till hjälp för elever och lärare, och organisationen har en bred kompetens inom entreprenörskap. Organisationen stöds av offentliga medel och det privata näringslivet.
