Galata Business Angels is Istanbul’s premier angel investor organization. GBA is a formal group of executives, entrepreneurs and angel investors who are interested in investing their time and money into new, cutting edge, startup companies. GBA members have founded companies such as AirTies, Yemeksepeti.com, Mynet.com, and Markafoni.com and been senior executives at the likes of Apple, eBay, Maxim, Turkcell and DBI. GBA operates as a non-profit organization and acts as a platform where member angel investors and aspiring entrepreneurs meet to exchange ideas about startups and discuss investment opportunities. Galata İş Melekleri İstanbul’un ilk melek yatırımcı organizasyonudur. Galata İş Melekleri zamanlarını ve paralarını yeni, ileri teknoloji start up şirketlerine yatırım yapan girişimciler, yöneticiler ve melek yatırımcılardan oluşan bir gruptur. Galata İş Melekleri üyeleri Airties, Yemeksepeti.com, Mynet.com ve Markafoni.com gibi şirketler kurmuşlar ve Apple, eBay, Maxim, Turkcell ve DBI gibi şirketlerde üst düzey yöneticilik yapmışlardır. Galata İş Melekleri kâr amacı gütmeyen bir dernek olarak faaliyet göstermekte olup melek yatırımcılar ile arzulu girişimcileri bir araya getirerek yatırım olanakları ve startuplarla ilgili fikir alışverişi yapmalarını sağlayan bir platform rolü üstlenmektedir.

Designmarket is a design project that two separate companies (Mobu&Goodies) come together. The aim of this special project is; to present the products of the unique designers who located in Turkey to the design lovers; starting from İstanbul through many other countries. In a nutshell: Introducing Turkish designers to the World. In these ways Designmarket gathered 186 entrepreneurs consisting of fashion designers, illustrators, artists, jewelry designers and many more, under a single roof at the most attractive locations of İstanbul. In this collective structure; Mobus designer portfolio, festival experience and organisation talent; with corporate customer portfolio, retail and wholesale background of Goodies, builds up a powerful stracture named Designmarket. Our Stores; Galata: Opened 2011, Serdar-ı Ekrem street. Karaköy: Opened as second branch of Designmarket at 2019, in a 150 m2 area with participation of 100 designers. Nişantaşı: Third and the latest Designmarket branch, located in Nişantaşı Atiye Street. Opened 2020s March, associated by 100 designers.
