Transforming diverse waste into today’s most affordable low-carbon drop-in transport fuels and pioneering tomorrow’s carbon-negative fuels.
CLR – a radically innovative one-step process that refines waste and non-waste hydrocarbon liquids into ultra-clean, low-carbon drop-in fuels delivering meaningful GHG savings and impact at low cost.
MECC – a unique co-processing technology processing lignocellulosic solid biomass, and waste oils into drop-in transport fuels, while simultaneously producing biochar; making MECC a carbon-negative solution.
Our solutions are not only sustainable, but scalable and commercially competitive with fossil fuels. We are proud to be backed by world-class investors and leading organisations.
Highlights include two operational pilot plants in Spain, and a commercial-scale project now underway in the EU.

CargoKite, a Munich-based, venture capital-backed deep-tech startup, is pioneering the future of sustainable maritime transport. At the core of its groundbreaking vessel is an advanced, automated kite system that provides up to 100% of the ships propulsion by harnessing powerful high-altitude winds, significantly reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.
Designed for the shortsea and feeder markets, the 80-meter catamaran can carry 280 TEU, combining stability, efficiency, and a cruising speed of 10-12 knots. Equipped with a diesel-electric propulsion for flexibility, the vessel is future-ready, offering seamless upgrades to fully-electric and autonomous operation.
CargoKites cutting-edge approach merges traditional wind power with modern technology, setting new standards in sustainability, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

The ocean is an immensely powerful force of nature, and our greatest ally to reverse the tides on climate change. By studying the planet’s natural cycles, Captura designed a solution that removes CO2 from the ocean and harnesses its ability to heal the climate—a process known as Direct Ocean Capture.
Developed and proven in Caltech’s laboratories, our unique Direct Ocean Capture technology runs with just two ingredients: seawater and renewable electricity. It extracts CO2 directly from seawater to be permanently stored or reused. This amplifies the natural equilibrium between the ocean and atmosphere, drawing carbon out of the air and into the ocean to rebalance.
Captura’s approach requires no rare-Earth minerals, adds nothing to the ocean, and leaves no chemicals behind. It’s a low-cost, large-scale carbon removal solution that is environmentally sound.

With Queen of Raws no-code software, called Materia MX, businesses meet regulatory requirements, reduce inventory losses, and build a more financially successful business at the product and operational level. Our customers have seen a 15%+ reduction in costs and 3x the conversion rate. Take action on excess inventory with automated reuse, resale, and recycling in the cloud. Our proprietary algorithms, developed in line with science-based standards and with the support of MIT Solve, measure the environmental impacts of your activities on-chain.
