PSI uses its comprehensive understanding of public policy and programs to develop effective, affordable operational solutions that match individuals with needs to government-funded services. These access management solutions encompass start-to-finish activities that include: policy and process planning, population segmentation and predictive analytics; social marketing and outreach to target populations, intake and application processing, eligibility screening, referral assistance, program enrollment, case and churn management, and reporting and analytics.
