Every pet deserves access to the frontier of modern medicine. While human medicine has entered a golden age of innovation, veterinary therapeutics have remained largely stagnant. This disparity isnt due to a lack of scientific potential, but a lack of infrastructure designed to translate human-validated breakthroughs into animal health. Unleash is building that infrastructure. We are creating a vertically integrated platform to identify, develop, and scale high-impact therapeutics—starting with oncology and expanding to address the most pressing unmet needs in pet care. Our goal is to ensure that the next generation of medicine is never out of reach for our best friends.

We are focused on drug discovery at unprecedented speed and scale, with lower risk and higher certainty across multiple diseases in parallel. With data from hundreds of millions of experiments, we have mapped the effects of thousands of compounds on gene expression to discover new therapies. Our Drug-Gene Atlas maps molecular structure and drug action to the whole cell transcriptome, revealing therapeutic candidates that rebalance gene expression to treat disease. Our proprietary artificial intelligence modeling suite, Conductor AI, used our Drug-Gene Atlas to discover and predict the effects of new drugs at transcriptome scale.
