Hybrid is the most in-depth program for early-stage ventures led by Arab founders. Our focus is to generate for them as many contacts in the heart of the "Startup-Nation"​. We're supported by our We do this with the support and vast network of our partners: The Authority for Economic Development, The Ministry of Economy, 8200 Alumni Association, NBIC, Poalim Hi-Tech, EMC, SAP Labs Israel and Galil Software. We are not for profit and take no equity from the startups. We are not limited in vertical or field. We're here for one reason only: to significantly increase the number of Arab entrepreneurs in Israel, and by this reshape the Israeli "Startup Nation"​. Our home-base is Nazareth, but we turn to the Arab private sector all around Israel. At the core of Hybrid is an intense 4.5- months long acceleration program starting May 1st for a small and exclusive group of 6-10 companies that are already developing a product. The program helps them acquire important networking, validate their early products and grow into functional companies with a dedicated team. Alongside, we do a lot to promote the community:

Wize הינו מיזם חברתי הפועל החל משנת 2011 ליצירת תרבות חיי לילה המקדמת מדע, יזמות, חדשנות וטכנולוגיה לקהל הרחב בישראל. את הפעילות מוביל הון אנושי איכותי עם למעלה מ-50 אנשים ובליבת הפעילות הפקת אירועי הרצאות בברים המשלבים יחד תוכן ובילוי עם מרצים מובילים ובמגוון רחב של נושאים. במסגרת הפעילות הופקו עד היום מעל ל-2,0000 אירועים בעשרות ברים שונים ברחבי הארץ, בהם לקחו חלק מעל ל500,000 איש היוצרים יחד קהילה חברתית מהגדולות בישראל. בשנים האחרונות עבדנו עם עשרות לקוחות מובילים במשק במגזר הציבורי והפרטי כאחד, לרבות: גלי צה"ל, מכבי שירותי בריאות, AYEKA ,Gett, אוניברסיטת תל-אביב, אוניברסיטת רייכמן, סמינר הקיבוצים, ארגון חותם, INSS, מרכז טאוב, מכון הייצוא הישראלי, משרד הכלכלה ומשרד האוצר, משרד המדע והחלל, משרד עו"ד יגאל ארנון ושות​ ואחרים. בין מאות המרצים שהרצו אצלנו נמנים פרופ​ דן אריאלי, פרופ​ עדה יונת, פרופ​ ישראל אומן, פרופ​ איל וינטר, פרופ​ גלית יובל, פרופ​ דפנה יואל, פרופ​ אשל בן יעקב, פרופ​ דני חיימוביץ, ד"ר רועי צזנה, פרופ​ אילן המל, פרופ​ אמיר איילי, מנהלת מכון אדמס פרופ​ אילנה גוזס, הסופר אתגר קרת, העיתונאי דרור גלוברמן, הכתב אוהד חמו, הכתב בן שני, יזמי הייטק, ועוד. כשהתחלנו, שאפנו לשנות את תרבות צריכת הידע בישראל: להנגיש ידע לקהל הרחב ולהפוך בילוי שגרתי לחוויה משמעותית. כעת, לאחר 12 שנות פעילות הקמנו זרוע חדשה בשם EcoWize במטרה להנגיש ולהסביר את משבר האקלים לקהל הרחב, בשאיפה כי פעולות אלו יעזרו לנו לייצר פרוקאטיביות בקרב אזרחי ישראל למאבק במשבר האקלים.
