Välkommen till WeMind Psykiatri! WeMind grundades år 2007 som en reaktion mot bristerna inom svensk psykiatri. Vi tror på evidensbaserad vård, regelbunden uppföljning av behandlingsresultat och en arbetsmiljö i världsklass. Vi har vuxit till Sveriges största privata psykiatriska vårdgivare med 17 mottagningar i fyra regioner (Stockholm, Norduppland, Skåne och Göteborg). Vi växer och söker nya duktiga medarbetare som vill förändra psykiatrin med oss! VÅR VÅRD Det finns idag effektiva utvärderade behandlingsmetoder för de flesta psykiatriska problem. Vårt kall är att tillgången till dessa behandlingsmetoder och evidensbaserad vård skall öka, speciellt för de patienter som behöver vården allra mest. WeMind Psykiatri prioriterar frågan om tillgänglighet i vården. Vi har som målsättning att besvara varje telefonsamtal inom några minuter, besvara varje remiss inom 4 arbetsdagar, och att låta varje patient få ett första besök inom 30 dagar från det att remissen skickades. Vi lägger stor vikt vid patientbemötandet och våra mätningar visar att 90% av våra patienter tycker att kvalitén och bemötandet på behandlingen varit bra eller utmärkt och att dom skulle rekommendera WeMind till andra. Vi utgör en integrerad del av utbildningen för vårdpersonal och tar löpande emot placeringar för läkar- och psykologkandidater, PTP-psykologer och ST-läkare. WeMind är en del av psykiatrin och vi vill jobba tätt tillsammans med många andra vårdgivare, patienter och landsting för att tillsammans utveckla framtidens tillgängliga, jämlika och effektiva psykiatri.
