Our nutritional plans are scientifically and individually crafted on anthropometric and qualitative data from an anamnesis assessment, our training methodologies take into account a variety of stimuli and weekly progressions, no more copycat plans! Technology serves professionals and leverages human touchpoints: we are human-centric, we believe that quality personalized training and nutrition must be accessible and sustainable for people’s well-being.

Torino Città Stato è un progetto di Filippo Zanoni, Alessio Vigliotti ed Edoardo Rovetta. Il titolo enfatizza la necessità di riportare Torino ad una solida realtà progettuale e pratica, senza guardare nello specchietto retrovisore, oltre il provincialismo verso una nuova idea di città internazionale. Questo è il presupposto nonchè filo conduttore che accomuna i fondatori, editori e collaboratori di questa non-rivista, melting pot di culture e prospettive differenti, incubatore di nuove idee e collegamenti, al di fuori delle consorterie e sottoboschi, per creare un rapporto diretto con e tra gli attori della città nelle sue diverse e sconosciute anime, accomunate da un amore spassionato per Torino.

ZENITH - POLITICAL LAB is an interuniversitary association born with the objective of coalizing young energies and catalyzing their ability to create a common and future-oriented framework. The association is a space for those who are willing to challenge their visions through an experience of dialogue, community and adaptive leadership. We are moved by the intuition that ideologies are not a starting point. They are rather the peak of social and historical routes naturally and materially producing an effective systematization of ideas.
