We aim to be the gateway to a passionate and creative nation committed to cultural excellence; by preserving and developing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's cultural heritage, become a global cultural leader, build a creative society that contributes in developing the lifestyle of people and finally fostering creativity to realize the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. In GCA we enhance the cultural standing of the Kingdom by extending the bridges of knowledge and human communication at the regional and international levels. We also highlight the Kingdom's identity through culture, thought, arts, and spread values that deepen national belonging. Furthermore, we work to highlight the Kingdom's status and progress of civilization in various aspects. In addition, we contribute to the development of the movement of thought, culture, arts, creativity and to create a stimulating environment. Lastly, GCA represents The Kingdom in conferences, forums, festivals and both internal or external exhibitions. نسعى لنكون بوابة الانطلاق نحو وطن مفعم بالإبداع، وملتزم بتميزه الثقافي، هدفنا الحفاظ على الثقافة السعودية لتصبح ثقافة رائدة عالميًا، لنبني مجتمعاً ملهمًا يسهم في تطوير نمط حياة الناس، ويعزّز الإبداع لتحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. في الهيئة العامة للثقافة؛ نسلط الضوء على الهوية السعودية؛ من خلال الأنشطة الثقافية والفكرية والفنون المتنوعة، ونشر القيم التي تعمق الانتماء الوطني، ونركز على مكانة المملكة وتقدمها الحضاري في مختلف المجالات، ونساهم في تطوير حركة الفكر والإبداع والثقافة والفنون، وخلق بيئة محفزة لها، كما نمثل المملكة في المؤتمرات والمنتديات والمهرجانات والمعارض الداخلية أو الخارجية، وفي الاتحادات والمنظمات والهيئات الإقليمية والدولية

MbSC2030 is Presidential Endowed Chair, part of the Vision 2030 and the Saudi – Japan bilateral relationship, established in 2020 April. MbSC2030 aims to be the pioneer in accelerating innovation in emerging technologies by enhancing international collaboration and human resource development. MbSC2030 is managed by The University of Tokyo, the first imperial university that was established 1877 and is considered to be the leading in research and science in Japan in the vital and important fields. These include domains like big data analysis, renewable energy and energy efficiency, mechatronics and robotics technology, and biomedical sciences, among others. MbSC2030 will also play an important role in supporting the acceptance of Saudi students studying on scholarship in the academic and research programs of the University of Tokyo.
