RadCap is an investment company of 80+ female angel investors who are passionate about empowering early-stage startups with smart capital and a network of supportive mentors. Our team has come together to build a more equal world by investing in female-founded startups (50% or more) who have a rad team and groundbreaking ideas.

HER FUND is a collaborative project funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe programme. The project will last 24 months (March 2024 – February 2026) and will gather 9 partners from 7 countries (Bulgaria, Slovakia, France, Portugal, Ireland, Grece and Denmark). HER FUND is a pan-European network of gender-conscious investors to support female-led companies for growth and sustainability that aims to foster knowledge-sharing and synergies between innovation stakeholders, existing initiatives/projects in order to support the next generation of startups, with an emphasis on women-led companies and gender-conscious investors. This includes identifying best practices, conducting capacity-building activities, and providing guidelines. Additionally, the project aims to transform less connected territories into recognized and attractive innovation hubs, create bridges between EU innovation ecosystems to increase access to capital, raise the number of gender-conscious investors to support women-led companies, and boost women entrepreneurship, particularly in Moderate and Emerging Innovators, by offering them more funding opportunities.

It is an umbrella organization that will unite all women in tech organisations in the EU region so we can become more powerful to reach our goal. * We provide mentorship programs, connecting experienced professionals and organizations with emerging talent and non profit women organisations --> creating a supportive network for skill development and career advancement. * The organization hosts regular seminars, workshops, and conferences, featuring influential speakers and thought leaders -- > to inspire and educate our members. * We actively collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, scholarships, and job placements --> ensuring a more inclusive tech landscape. Additionally, we are passionate about: - community outreach - promoting STEM education among young girls - engaging in advocacy to address gender disparities in the tech sector.
