In 2018, after a successful fundraising round, the company relocated to France, where both the country and the European Union provide ideal conditions for its growth. Currently, the team comprises over 23 members with expertise spanning microbiology, biochemistry, food science, process engineering, and business development. Green Spot commercial team is located in Toulouse and the production facility of the ingredients is at the industrial demonstrator in Carpentras. On top both commercial and industrial teams are supported by our formulation and biotech team in Toulouse. The company collaborates closely with French, European, and international research organizations, industrial partners, side stream suppliers, analytical labs, and public entities.
