As the central advocacy organisation for the primary care sector in Western Australia, Primary Care WA will focus on improving health outcomes for Western Australians. Primary Care WA has been established in response to Western Australian primary health care organisations indicating they seek an independent advocacy organisation. They are looking for a united voice with other organisations, working together on strategic priorities to build the capacity and capability of the primary care sector in Western Australia. Through its member organisations, Primary Care WA will advocate for primary care by: improving coordination across the health and social services sectors. ensuring greater focus on the key strategic issues impacting primary care. facilitating integrated approaches to resolving gaps. Agreed priorities will be developed through engagement with members and the gathering and sharing of evidence.
