Our 501c3, a nonprofit corporation, was established in 2006. Apparo means "to make ready"​ and that is our mission. We want to make all children ready for the next stage of life by offering them an individualized education, a range of therapeutic services and full-time nursing care. In addition to the children, we are also getting parents, therapists, and teachers ready by providing educational opportunities on a variety of topics, including how to navigate the educational and medical systems.

Welcome to the Gordon Jones Charity and Ministries. We have consolidated the non-profit and for-profit entities of Dr. Gordon Jones into one. Through this 501c3 non-profit public benefit corporation, we will contribute our experiences, knowledge, assets, and time to helping others in our community and worldwide. And, we are asking you to join us on this journey. Dr. Jones is a former healthcare executive turned techie. After graduating from The Citadel and serving two tours in the 82nd Airborne Div USArmy, he earned his Masters and Doctorate in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. With several startups under his belt, a few athletic achievements, and an adoptive family of seven, his has many great lessons to share with you and the communities we will serve together. Dr. Jones is a biohacker focused on combining Farm-to-Table All Natural Organic foods with Nutrigenomics and regular exercise to maximize cellular metabolism and nutrient absorption. He believes that we don’t want to actually lengthen our lifespans which are more likely to be unhealthy years; we want to increase our Healthspan, living the healthiest life for longevity, even dying healthy. With his wife, Jennifer, they have adopted five children from around the world, founded GordonJones.org, and launched Jennifer's non-profit school, ApparoAcademy.org, which provides pre-k children with special needs a unique integrative therapeutic education, "making them ready" for Kindergarten. We are a Christian organization working to share our faith through all our work and play. Inside this community, you will find the charitable projects that we support and are actively raising funds to build out. You will also see courses that I have created over the years that you may gain free access to for being a part of our community and supporting our charitable mission.
