Venture For America is a national nonprofit and two-year Fellowship program that gives recent college graduates firsthand startup experiences to help them become strong leaders. Fellows learn important startup skills at Training Camp, apply for jobs within our company network, and work for two years as full-time, salaried employees in one of 13 cities. Founded by two friends at Wharton Business School who were tired of figuring out workwear (and being late as a result), Of Mercer creates “workwear” women want to wear. The brand’s easy-to-wear, modern pieces are designed with the busy working women in mind, meaning styles are office appropriate and seamlessly transition from morning meetings to happy hour. Everything is designed and produced in NYC using luxe, travel-friendly fabrics (though you wouldn’t guess, looking at our price tags), and sold exclusively through the company’s NYC store and website. The result: a work wardrobe that has it all.
